How to Buy the Perfect Mattress

choose best mattress with aerocom

In addition to what is in your price range, you need to find the right product. In addition to construction factors, a bed’s performance and feel will depend on how it’s constructed.

The fact that there are so many mattress options available also makes it easier to narrow down the choices. The most important things to consider when buying a mattress will be shown to you.

The First Step: Do You Really Need A New Mattress?

There are many people who change their beds after just a few years, and that’s perfectly fine if you can afford to do so. You need to consider whether now is the right time to buy a bed since it’s not a small investment.

Your mattress will probably need to be replaced after seven years. Obviously, this depends on the quality of the bed’s materials and how you’ve maintained it. The product’s lifespan could be extended by a few years with good maintenance and high-quality materials.

Having said that, if you wake up with back or neck pain, it would be a good idea to start shopping around.

The second step is to determine your budget

It is important to determine your budget before you purchase a new mattress. The good news is that you can probably find an affordable bed that you like. Online shopping has been a great development for the mattress industry.

By purchasing online, customers can purchase directly from the manufacturer rather than from a third-party retailer. Thus, consumers have greater access to top-tier mattresses at lower prices as a result of this reduction in costs. For extra savings on beds, many brands offer holiday deals.

The third step is to choose your ideal type and material

It is at this point that personal preference becomes more important when choosing the mattress type and materials. Examine each variation’s advantages and disadvantages to determine which is right for you.

Finding the right mattress size is the fourth step

The next step will be to choose the mattress size once you have decided on a brand and model. Based on your previous mattress, you may already know what size you need.

In a new home, however, the amount of space available may affect whether you can get a larger size. Standard mattress sizes allow you to know how much space your mattress will occupy.

The Fifth Step: Determine Your Ideal Sleeping Position and Firmness

Each of us sleeps differently every night. If you sleep on your side, stomach, or back, or even if you switch positions throughout the night, you must consider your sleep style when selecting a mattress.

Your favorite sleeping position will determine the ideal firmness of your new bed.

Aerocom Mattresses and Foam Products are the perfect mattresses to sleep on if you are serious about finding the perfect mattress.

The bedding industry was introduced to Aerocom Mattresses and Foam Products in 1962. It is well known in the Indian industry that Mr. Mohan Lal Gupta manufactured import substitute slurry valves, high tensile fasteners, and other engineering spares.

He noticed that the motor car seat in his vehicle was made of rubberized coir fiber one day. In those days, European and American car manufacturers used Rubberised Coir Fibre to make their high-end motor cars’ seats. Mr. Gupta acquired Austrian technology from DOA and started manufacturing Rubberised Coir mattresses in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. Coconut plantations were abundant in Orissa.

Aerocom participated in an exhibition in 1965 to introduce Rubberised Coir Mattresses, Mats, and Cushions in Calcutta. Customers were only aware of Cotton and Rubber Foam mattresses before then.

Another Rubberised Coir fiber unit was set up in Nagpur, Maharashtra, in 1990. Due to its central location, it was logistically feasible. Having been exposed to import substitute products, all plants and machinery at Nagpur were now made in-house (MADE IN INDIA).

In 2014, an engineering unit was introduced to cater to the automobile and defense industries. Polyurethane foam and rebonded foam were added to Aerocom’s product portfolio in 2016.
